Mr Gurbachan Singh is a Senior Singapore tax lawyer with XX years’ experience in revenue/tax law, private client and trusts work. He is widely recognised in legal rankings and publications for his tax expertise.
He began his career as a Legal Officer with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and went on to serve as a judicial officer in the Subordinate courts.
He was a long standing-senior partner and Head of Tax and Wealth Management at KhattarWong and served as KhattarWong’s Managing Partner from 2010 till his retirement.
He then set-up boutique tax practice GSM Law LLP in 2014 together with Co-Managing Partner Ms Ban Su-Mei.
With decades of experience in tax, corporate and private client law, Mr Gurbachan Singh is known for his calm authority and strategic insight. He has guided countless businesses and individuals through complex legal issues with clarity and precision.
